We offer ready-made houses in a wooden frame construction. Moreover, we design houses from scratch and adapt them to the existing plot. We design and arrange interiors. We design gardens. We assist in preparation and completion of documentation. We provide supervision on construction sites. Our ready-made houses consist of so-called modules which we make ourselves and pre-finish in our carpenter’s workshop. Thus constructed ready elements are delivered to the construction site.

We are the general contractor for our homes, we build “from design to turnkey”. There is also a possibility to build our houses on a ready-made foundation to developer state.
